This recipe was a cross between the Greek pizza from Mollie Katzen’s Enchanted Broccoli Forest and the one that CPK used to have. If you’re reading this, CPK, I don’t know why you got rid of your delectable Greek pizza, but you’ve driven me to stay home and make the damn things from scratch.


  • Trader Joe’s Plain Pizza Dough. Katzen has a recipe for making your own but ain’t nobody got time for that.
  • Feta (obviously)
  • One large tomato, sliced
  • Half an onion, diced
  • Eight ounces spinach
  • 15 or so Kalamata olives
  • Half a cucumber, chopped
  • Tzatziki sauce
